I would love to know what you used for this. I mean, I understand it doesn't really matter what software is used, as long as the desired font types exist, but I would like to know nonetheless.

I used Adobe Photoshop. I've heard people say that programs like Illustrator are better for working with typography, but I've only used Photoshop myself. Hope this helps. :D
